Destination Dance Hawaii Return Policy

At Destination Dance Hawaii, all merchandise is custom-made and produced on demand, which means each item is unique to your order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not supported for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to a change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may request a free reprint or refund by contacting us within 30 days of delivery. Please email orders@d2hi.com with the following:

1. Your full name and order number.

2. A clear photo of the issue.

3. If the issue affects multiple items with the same design, include an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items together.
